GIFSICLE WINDOWS INSTALL
On Windows you will need to download and install the correct port of the library for your OS. On Linux you will need to install gifsicle using apt-get as follows: sudo apt-get install gifsicle. To build Gifsicle for Windows, simply open the solution file in Visual Studio 2013.2 CTP (or newer) and build the solution! You will find the file Gifsicle.exe in the Release directory.
